At Graziaa Boutique, it's important to us that you love your new item. However if you're not completely happy with our products, please read carefully our terms and conditions below to check for eligibility for returns.

TIME FRAMES CONDITION
To be eligible, products must be returned to us:
- 14 days since the product is delivered to you (for orders within Australia)
- 28 days since the product is delivered to you (for orders outside Australia)
A faulty product is defined as a product that:
- contains a genuine manufacturing fault, and/or,
- does not correspond with descriptions provided
You are entitled to:
- replacement or refund of purchase, or
- store credit for future use, or
- repair or replacement of the item
Conditions for a refund:
- Please include your original invoice/proof of purchase when making claim for a refund.
- Any refund must be credited to original card or account that was used to make purchase.
- All claims must be made within reasonable time since your receipt of products.
- Please immediately email us about faulty items. Photos are strongly encouraged.
- We reserve the rights to elect between providing you with repair, replace or any other remedies if the product does not contain a major fault.
- If both parties agree on exchange option, please keep in mind that this is entirely dependent on whether the product is in stock. In case the product is sold out, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
- If you seek for compensation, you must provide evidence for any loss or damage that was a result of the faulty products or our compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Please allow minimum 5 business days for us to respond to your emails.
- Please keep in mind that there can be slight variation in colours due to professional lighting and your display screen.
INCORRECT SIZE/CHANGE OF MIND
You are entitled to:
- store credit for future use.
- Products have not been worn, altered or washed and in conditions that can be resold.
- Products are in undamaged conditions, including no traces of fake tan, make up or any other marks, no traces of any kind of smell or odour.
- Products are in original packaging.
- Please include your original invoice/proof of purchase and completed returns form when returning products.
- Products must be returned to our specified address and received by us before any store credits can be issued.
- All costs of returning are at customers own expenses.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of products that are damaged and/or outside of allowable timeframe.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damages to the products as a result from courier services when being returned to us so please consider trackable shipping service.
- Please allow minimum 5 business days for us to respond to process any requests.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please note that for incorrect size/change of mind returns, there is no option for exchange. Store credits will be issued so you can place new order for the product in your required size or favoured products which are subject to availability when you purchase.
- We reserved the rights to determine eligibility for any refund and to upgrade this policy at any time without prior notice.
- If separate orders are being returned, customers can combine in one package and include related packing slips for each order.
- Store credits cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
